Description
Scholars will work in one of 5 strategic domains (Artificial Intelligence, Biotechnology, Business Process Innovation, Computing & Cybersecurity, or Materials & Manufacturing). An overview of each domain can be found on the Scholars program web page.

Minimum Program Eligibility Requirements
- Recent graduate who has obtained a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution between December 2022 and August 2025
- A cumulative GPA from your most recent degree of 3.2 or higher
- Demonstrated interest and experience (jobs, internships, volunteer experiences, student organizations, etc.) in one of our five strategic domains
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Certain roles will require you to be a U.S. Citizen and/or eligible to obtain a security clearance
Ideal candidates should also demonstrate:
- Passion for public service
- Interest in forging a unique career path
- Drive for impact at scale
- Inspiration to lead change
- Desire to build lasting relationships
What materials do I need to complete my application?
- Resume
- Unofficial transcripts for all institutions you wish for us to consider when evaluating your candidacy. Submitting information on your most recent or current degree will be required
- Information for one professional or academic reference
- Four short answer responses to questions designed to understand your experiences and assess program fit.
